- Finance manager
The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial transactions of the QNJPI in collaboration with the Finance Services Department of the Université de Sherbrooke. Its main tasks are:
- Cheque deposit
- Expense reports
- Request for payment
- Ordering information
- Student prices
Since our finances are managed by the Finance Department of the Université de Sherbrooke, we are looking for a student member of the QNJPI from the Université de Sherbrooke to fill this position.
- Community relations manager
The community relations manager is responsible in managing communications and being implicated with the Québec Association of Chronic Pain (AQDC). Their tasks are mainly part of the new initiative, conducted in partnership with the AQDC and the Quebec Pain Research Network, aimed at making scientific knowledge of students (PhD and post-doctoral) available during support groups sessions of the AQDC. The purpose of this initiative is to promote the transfer of knowledge from the research community to chronic pain patients in Quebec.
The procedures related to this project are divided into several steps:
- The selection process of the student presenters
- Training the presenters
- Managing the presenters
- Assignment of the support groups
- Membership Manager
The membership manager is responsible for managing the membership process, emails and newsletters. The main tasks are:
- Design monthly newsletters
- Reply to emails
- Manage the membership and renewal process
